Having brunch in Hong Kong? The Linguini Fini is worth a try

A couple of weeks ago, Geoffrey Wu, the Director of IHM took us for dinner to the Linguini Fini because he wanted us to taste the new menu they have created, especially for brunches. We were all nervous as we were going to be the first customers to try the new menu, but we all felt honored to be part of that special moment.
This laid-back restaurant is in the heart of the cutting-edge city of Hong Kong. It has a great building located in Queens Road, which is famous for its size. Even when you might be discouraged by the location, it’s important to say that they have really affordable dishes and the ambiance of the place has nothing to do with corporations and business meetings. As a matter of fact, the Linguini Fini seems to be the perfect restaurant to enjoy a Sunday morning brunch with your family and friends.

Some good reasons to go
One of the most important reasons why you should go for brunch at Linguini Fini in Hong Kong is mainly because they only use organic products to create the best dishes that come from an Italian inspiration. Apart from that, they try to help the local producers by buying seasonal products to create mouth-watering dishes. They only import salmon and beef from Australia and that’s because they are simply the best. When you eat at the Linguini Fini, you will only experience freshness and tastiness with every bite.
The laid-back style of the restaurant makes it a good option not only for families and friends but also for couples who want to get away from the hectic lifestyle. The music is great and the lights and service give the restaurant a cozy feeling that make you feel as if you were at home.

Great dishes
Everything was great and the food was appetizing. There is such a great variety of Italian dishes in the menu that you will surely enjoy your brunch. And if you are a dessert lover, the Linguini Fini is a paradise for you.
Some of the dishes includes in the menu are Straccetti di Manzo, which is made with rare beef, artichokes and some other things, On Top of Spaghetti, that made us lick our fingers with the garlic bread and the meatballs, LF Benedict, which included not only English muffins but also Italian mortadella and poached eggs. Some of the desserts includes are Lemon Olive Oil Cake, Tiramisu and Hot Chocolate Affogato.
